Equity Value provides an independent valuation service of shares and options over shares.

We have extensive experience in providing valuation services for fiscal, commercial litigation, and financial reporting purposes.  Our specialisms include providing valuation services for companies that must comply with the new accounting standard FRS 20.

Even though this is a relatively new accounting standard we have already provided FRS 20 services to many companies, by preparing valuations of share options and the relevant statutory accounts disclosures that are required under the rules.
